Job Details;
An Assistant Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing first-class employee relations services to the Human Resources Manager and management team to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with Human Resources strategy.claims.
6. Maintains updates and manage Human Resources reference material, the Training Room and facilities, pay and benefits surveys, the Team Member Handbook, and team member notice boards.
7. Oversees arrangements for staff sporting and social activities, including the Annual Team Party, in conjunction with the committee and in line with the Director of HR- s direction.
8. Provides coaching, counseling and welfare services to all employees, through their Department Head or through the Human Resources Department.
9. Work closely with HR Team and other departments to provide the needs of the team members towards the achievement of excellent results from GTMS. To provide continuous feedback and discuss with Director of Human Resources on this.
10. Participates in any activities not mentioned above which may enhance the competencies and productivity of the employees.
11. Arrange Visa and Work permit for expatriates (including expatriates insurance, annual tickets and personal files)
