At the moment we’re looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our energetic and enthusiastic front office team at Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Sathorn.
Guest Service Agents (GSA)s are the key point of contact for our guests. They are reliable, highly motivated and multi skilled employees who efficiently make reservations, answer calls/inquiries, provide reception services and food & beverage services throughout the hotel.
They work in close coordination with all employees and outsourced staff in the hotel and are dependable in
meeting the needs of our guests throughout their stay.
Bringing your passion to work everyday, we’ll empower you to work as part of a team to anticipate our guests’ needs and deliver a memorable service experience at front office.
Ideally you’ll have previous hotel experience in a front office environment and a real passion for delivering great customer service. You’re known for your dynamic personality and superior communication skills. You have the flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
