Key Account/BD Manager – Samsung SDS
Ihr Aufgabenbereich 1) Being the point of contact to Samsung SDS account management or operation management. Where such requirements could be short term adhoc operation request or mid to long term strategic initiatives that improve financial or service performance of the Samsung SDS operation.
2) The Account Manager is expected to ensure that customer requirement is clearly understood, documented and communicated to all stakeholders, concepts are prepared, envisioned benefits are discussed-debate, approved and buy off from appropriate decision makers.
3) Achieve the sales goals set for the Korean Logistics Department in Thailand
4) Identification of potential new Korean customers and building relationships
5) Develop and enhance logistics products and solution sets
6) Develop relationships with logistics suppliers, enhancing Schenker’s logistics solutions, capability, and lowering costs
7) Create action plan based on the business and competitive environment, customer structure, and products managed
8) Analyze monthly P&L report with Contract Manager, suggest cost saving options and get buy off of such plan from operation
9) Initiate commercial discussion with SDS to recover operating expense/ investment which is not included in standard billing
10) Organize social events to strengthen working relations and respect with SDS and other key vendors
11) Be an effective and firm negotiator when dealing with difficult/ impractical request from SDS
12) To be an effective communicator both internally and externally ensuring internal buy in and external expectation alignment:
a. To internal party (i.e. Ops, RHO etc): ensuring that SDS requirements are specifically described with respect to scope, volume, service , potential risk and difficulty so as to strike an agreement on responding such requirement to SDS.
b. To external party (i.e. SDS or Vendor): Ensuring that Schenker operation constraint is clearly communicated and logically reasoned to SDS and SDS vendor so as to achieve alignment in terms of capacity and service expectationOrganize communication by regular meeting with customer to update KPI and corrective action for performance improvement.
13) Gathering Weekly, Monthly and Yearly volume plan from Customer.
14) Projection / Foresee plan from Customer that effect to our routines such as capacity expansion and etc.
15) Consults to Operations to find the proper solutions to meet or beyond the agreement with Customer.
16) Maintain existing contract as well as win other business opportunity for business growth.
Unsere Anforderungen 1) Strong communication skills
2) Good interpersonal and organizational skills; comfortable to work across all level of organization hierarchy
3) Experience and cognitive ability to deal with complex quantitative and qualitative analyses
4) Highly analytical, strong spreadsheets skills, capable of building cost models
5) Possess time management discipline and capable of multi-tasking and working under timeline pressure
6) Customer Management skills
