Key responsibilities
1. Office management for a project team: Coordinating and Facilitating PCT, Travelling planning and Booking, Resolving issues related to the project within their own-area, and Performing the other tasks assigned by Project Manager/Director under the role competency.
2. Customer Communication system management: Incoming and Outgoing correspondence/record, Customer visit and oversea/local training, Consortium participation and arrange all the activities within the consortium/partner, and internal parties.
3. Taking minute of meeting and organizing venues and Producing Monthly Progress report in their area for Project Monthly summarizing.
4. Managing, recording and controlling the Log-sheet, MDR (Master Document Register), Customer Submission list, Project Document Tracking Database, and overall project documents in a proper way.
Also, Controlling and Generating the PDM (Product Data Management) number for project document identification number.
5. Issuing PR (Purchase Requisition), recording, and tracking all PR as well as follow-up Procurement and Logistics for any PO issued and incoming shipment.
Qualifications & Functional Knowledge
Education

Bachelor Degree

Relevant experience required (i.e. directly linked to the requirements of the position/role)

Typically holds a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts

Project Management Knowledge, Secretary or Executive Assistant is preferable.

Typically 0-2 years of experience in relevant role
